Week in Review
Mike Sissons’ post of the week, “Which competitor should be banned in singles, but isn’t” sparked a hefty discussion. I don’t have any picks here, I just wanna play my 8-bit Snek! The promo of the week, Eddy Fury continues to stake his claim as the REAL world champion. Baby Hollerbach earns the photo of the week like she earned the mini LFF Heavyweight title sje was seen with! Seat of Power #6 saw Timebomb Tim finish in first AGAIN! This time with Dirty Eddie, with a finals win over Hold The Line Harry’s El Super Hombre. The Nightmare King secured himself an opportunity at the LFF Triad championship. Piloting (OG)Brian Cage to a victory in a very long and grueling triad match! This was the warm up to the largest pop up event ever held in celebration of James Booker’s Cookies Fortune victory! 36 players, came down to The Cheetah(Man From IT) getting the victory over Chris Pate(Hallow King) in a sticks, stairs, and chairs match!
Saturday found itself hosting a marathon of a pop up apparently. Top cut came out of a Liger’s den to find themselves in a cemetery, and that lead them to a sketchy backyard wrestling ring. Fauxtista kept the Man from IT rolling! Timebomb Tim( One Above All Antony Gangone) faced him in the finals, but once the ropes broke, it was the Man from IT who knew how to troubleshoot his way to victory! Sunday’s event was a task, from personal experience. I had to play against both Man from IT’s that were victorious this weekend. As well as The Nightmare King’s Brian Cage! I got through all of that, but fell short against the Bombada(Danny Limelight) in the finals. The Horse buried my Baanomenal one alive in Ravensblood Cemetery to win the event!
There was a cosmic storm over at the Proving Grounds this week. The Cannoli(SRG Boss New) survived the space turbulence! While Practisite(Frequent Flyer), Eddy Fury(AJ Styles), and the Bombada(Danny Limelight) rounded out your top 4. Rowdy Ron went 4-0 in the dojo to get the win over Tairu, the Shogun in Faction Battles! He now has a spot in the number one contender tournament for the LFF United States title.
Looking Forward

ACCW is hosting a Create A Card event on January 30th! There will also be a match card happening, but the CAC portion has rules to even the playing field a bit for newer players. It will be played pure, but will allow 2 skill cards to be used in deck construction. Any finish that is unstoppable, has added text that if it’s stopped you lose by pin fall! Entrants will receive a foil card and a random Halloween alt art card with sign up! El Super Hombre and Snake Pitt, are booked. However, their new versions are playable!
Highlander Games’ HCW promotion will be hosting Rumble at the Rumble on January 29th. Tickets for that event will go on sale Friday! Great time to get a hold of the stops if you don’t already have them. Images from the Cosmic crusader faction pack have been shown and the art looks great! They feature the Cosmic Crusaders vs Marauders of the Multiverse in some epic clashes!

GM Calace disapproves of Young, Dumb, and or Broke individuals being LFF Tag Team champions. He also announced that the Cannoli is the number one contender for Kirk Polka’s LFF Heavyweight Title!!
