Q: When Lo Mein Pain is in the discard does it count as a spotlight?
A: Yes, any card that has an effect “Outside of Play” is considered to have a spotlight. This is simply an older card that existed before Spotlight Symbols were added into the game. (Chugganomics, 2021)
